Community Plan
This plan sets
down the vision of local people for the future development of their
part of
Blackburn which this document refers to as the "East Area".
It defines issues which the community regard as important, suggests ways of addressing these issues for the benefit of the community and indicates groups/organisations who could be expected to contribute to implementing agreed solutions. The plan provides local people with a focus for coordinated effort to help make things better for the East Blackburn Community and provides a framework for action to implement lasting solutions. The Community Plan Map shows the area concerned.
